Click-Use is the
term used to describe our online licences. Click-Use Licences cover
core material and value
added material.
Some Crown copyright material is covered by waiver conditions. This
covers material where copyright is asserted, but waived. Waiver
material can be re-used free of charge without requiring a formal
licence provided that it is:
- acknowledged
- not used in
a misleading way
- reproduced
accurately and kept up to date

What
happens next?
Before applying for a licence you need to establish what type of material
