text of the Northern Ireland (Elections) Act 1998, the Northern
Ireland Acts 1998 and 2000 and the associated
delegated legislation which established the Northern Ireland Assembly.
It should be noted that under the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (Suspension
of Devolved Government) Order 2002, that the Northern Ireland Assembly
is currently suspended. During the period of suspension legislation
that would normally be passed by the Assembly may be made by Her Majesty
by Order in Council.
